You’ll find the essentials below. Booking and checkout terms always govern your specific purchase.
Massage appointments +
- Walk-ins are available on a limited basis only when the entrance sign is flipped to “WALK-INS WELCOME.”
- Online same-day booking closes three hours before the appointment.
- Please give 24 hours’ notice whenever possible; the late-cancel window begins 12 hours before your appointment.
- Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the appointment payment or membership/package credit.
- Sessions end at the scheduled time when guests arrive late.
Classes + workshops +
- Online booking closes 30 minutes before class.
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early for parking, check-in, and setup.
- The late-cancel window begins six hours before class.
- Equipment is provided; you’re welcome to bring your own.
Memberships +
- Three-month initial commitment, then month-to-month.
- Thirty days’ notice is required to cancel.
- Unused monthly benefits roll into the next renewal period only.
- Qualifying memberships may be frozen up to twice per 12-month period.
Professional conduct + draping +
Lovelock provides professional therapeutic and relaxation services only. Appropriate draping is maintained throughout every massage session. Harassment, sexual remarks, threats, or intoxication end the session immediately, with payment due in full.
